Dinner.  Wonderful.  Barb gave me the idea when I talked to her the other evening while she was making shrimp  Alfredo.  I said, "that sounds good".

It is good.  Very very good.  OMG, it is so full of heavy cream and parmasian I'm surprised it has not given me a heart attack.  I added a bit of lemon zest as it was cooking.  It gave it the touch of zip that it wanted.

Leftover cornedbeef, rotisserie chicken leg & wing, potato salad and several orange cream bars (80 calories each). Full & sleepy but it is too late to take a nap. huh

Roasted chicken, mashers, corn, cranberry sauce....and coffee |^|


....full and tired too......but too much good basketball remains to be watched... 8)

Indiana v. Kentucky is a very good game so far and I had fun watching Yale come back on Duke. Just a little short at the end.
