Lentil Soup

3 of the 4 dogs I had today had to reschedule.  One owner is in the hospital the owner's 2 dogs got sick yesterday with different ailments.  I can only sit around twiddling my thumbs for so long.  I left shortly after noon and decided to take advantage of the time to make a big pot of lentil soup.  It sure does smell good in here.  The soup is ready for me but I'm not quite ready for it yet.

Sunday I think I'll make another batch of Dolmas.  My God they are good.  I ended up not even freezing any of the last batch.  I ate them all up before then needed to go in the freezer.

Sounds good, Liz...

We're going with an easy night....vegetable soup and chicken salad sandwiches on toast, potato chips...yada yada yada...
