No there isn't any such thing. If you have tanks just to have them and don't fill them then that's called hoarding. If you have tanks and actually have fish or plants in them then that is necessary to perpetuate your hobby.

no. no. NO. It's only hoarding if you buy them "just in case". If you ever intend to set them up it's a prudent, justified acquisition.

Couldn't help but relate to that video. Good one Dennis. ;D It brings to mind things like my LFS people telling me about customers instructing them not to write prices on the bags or to act like they don't know them if they're in the store with a spouse. Then there are people who drive around with tanks in their cars. They wait until the significant other isn't home to take said tank (s) into the house. I may have been part of that group a time or two. ::)
