Meat loaf is in the oven.  I've had too much on my mind to make it until now.   I decided that the Asian hot/sweet glaze might not have gone well with allthe Mexican chiles and smoked salsa to I used a topping of a Mexican chili sauce chef Andy gave me mix with some Bulleye's BBQ sauce for a touch of sweetness.  I think it will be good but the proof is in the final tasting.

When I take a good recipe and riff on it sometimes it's perfection and sometimes it becomes dog food.  I nailed it this time.  Just the right amount of spicy with just a hint of sweetness.  This time I nailed it.
