You'd never know it here if it weren't  for the calendar.  It's quite often in the 70's here.  It's weird?  Someone told me that "they" say that we are in for a cold winter.  It sure hasn't happened yet.  I haven't even had to buy hay for the horse.

I bet that you grow beautiful alfalfa there.  When I had the show goats I would drive one hr. each way and help them load the Beast and the trailer.  The guy brought in the most perfect Alfalfa I have ever seen.  All that's available here now is this compressed crap full of chopped leaves and stems.  Thank god I no longer breed goats.  I wouldn't feed that compressed crap to my chickens.
