..I made a meat loaf, with potatoes all around it.....it's smells pretty awesome right now.....MMMMMmmmm....I feel a dble. plater coming up tonight

We ate early too.....and it was every bit as good as it smelled while cooking... ....gotta love those potatoes cooked around the meat too..dang good !!

Pot Roast...I can smell it out here in the little (soon-to-be-expanded) room...BLT salad was for lunch with an mayo/red wine vinegar dressing for lunch...

Pot roast...any style...is absolutely one of my favorite meals.....

and as a bonus, chop of the leftovers in a skillet, brown a bit, and scramble eggs in it.....'garbage potatoes'... ....about as yummy as it gets with biscuits on the side...

Oh Geeeeesh it was good!  Candied carrots and mashers with it!

The lady across the street seems to be looking a little better the last couple days..I wonder if she was getting any good food at all before we started....She goes to docs tomorrow...I'm eager to hear what they say.....
