What are the ones in the picture called?  I looked up budgies and got nothing but parakeets.  Those ones in the pic are a real turn on, not that I need another hobby ::)

They have several different names for them....and are not budgies...they are referred to as both parakeet, and parrot....they are in the parrot family of birds. They are liked not only for their great colors, but their peaceful disposition too.

Scarlet crested parakeet
Scarlet breasted parrot
Orange-throated parrot
or Splendid parrot
