....statewide in Minnesota....I'm waiting for them to do it here, Mich., Wisc., and Iowa.....I can't see letting kids either walk to school, or stand at a bus stop waiting to be picked up....we're talking 20 below weather, without the wind chill....and the winds are going to be 20-30 mph with 45 mph gusts.....that's brutal folks....
