Nachos for lunch.....

...yummmmm!  Made them with a high-tech double broil recipe! Straight from the hip!   

Brown ground beef in a skillet and add plenty of McCormick's Taco Seasoning. 

In a pie plate, place a layer of nacho/tortilla chips. Cover completely with a layer of the meat, then completely cover the meat with Monterey Jack cheese, and cheddar on top of that (or any of your favorite cheeses). Place in oven on broil until the cheese is browning. 

Remove from oven, pour liberal amount of your favorite salsa over the top.  If you like it spicey hot, ad sliced Jalapenos to taste over the salsa, and repeat the same steps as above to ad cheeses. Place back in oven on broil again.

Remove when cheese browns. Place on hotpad. Get a knife or serving instrument of some sort and dig in!

Oh! and don't forget to cosume with your favorite beer...!!!

..why yes.....sour cream would really make it.....it's great by itself, but 'sour cream' too.....awesome
