Dinner tonight is a choice of eggplant parm or chicken parm. Made them last night and we had the chicken.

I'm boiling some eggs to make deviled eggs for snacks.  I put chopped anchovies in mine.

I'm making dirty rice with sausage.  Lots of meat for Bill.  Liz, I bought 2 cans of Kippers yesterday, $1.08 per can in the commissary.  Now to decide how to try them.

Any kind of dry cracker works.  I like Wasa crisp bread.
