Yesterday I made a New Orleans style oyster Po Boy.  I made my own tarter sauce because I don't the bottled stuff.  At noon I put the makings for Chicken Pakrika in the slow cooker planning on taking it out at 8 and putting it in the fridge to let the flavors meld more beautifully.  It would have made 3 full dinners for me.  But I forgot all about it and left it in the crock pot overnight and it is only fit for dog treats.  I can't blame it on being drunk or high.  I blame it on my one stupidity.  I ate the left-over oysters with my tarter and hot french bred on the side.  It was darned good.  Actually better than the Po Boy!
Always move forward. Never look back.
