..It's an ugly day out there....so we decided on good hot soup and corn bread...... |^| I'll have the beef vegetable, and Jan likes the cheese broccoli & potato.....good stuff !
I'd planned on something fancy when I discovered that I had no more balsamic vinegar. I had eggs and English muffin. If I'm still hungry after WC I'll make a fajita.
I will have chicken and peppers, chicken breast covered with green peppers, a few onions, and pasta sauce. Add cheese on top to melt at the end of cooking. The oven is warming up now.
