The house cooled off nicely overnight. My shiny new brake parts arrived but can't work on it until later cuz everybody wants their thing done yesterday. On one job there are three ladies fighting over an easement and I'm in the middle getting snotty emails. Oh well, can't please everybody.

Sucky part is I can't tell them what I *really* think because I'm supposed to maintain this professional demeanor. When I turn 65 I'm letting 'em have it...lol

Yes they did and they were really courteous and professional. Got the job done in no time. Now if Comcast would allow them to train the the sales people.....
