I grabbed a dozen chicken gizzards at a local service station. They were slightly above average. I shared them with Saint Puppy.

I make killer crab legs. They're so easy and have the most heavenly flavor. I'll be shopping tomorrow. I'll get a couple. I'll buy a duck, too but it will be Monday before the duck thaws. I'm afraid I have been roped in by the flavor of duck.
