The last time you posted about PB&J I kept thinking about it.  I finally ended up having a PB&J sandwich....a few days later had toast with peanut butter.

I bought two 48 ounce jars of Skippy smooth at Sam's club yesterday for 9 bucks and change.  I set until the end of 2015 according to the expiration date. A little longer by my date. lol
