Water changes are done turkey is in the oven and cleaning up the house a bit. I'm the lucky one that gets to host Thanksgiving this year.

Turkey's in the roaster; Linda's pecan pie is done; cranberry/orange/apple relish was done last night;  I've got the taters peeled, diced and waiting for the right time to boil, mash and season.

Last night was the official "Noodle Night" at our granddaughter's (she's almost 16). Years ago she got involved in making the family traditional egg noodles. Since then it is officially known as Noodle Night! She officially made that proclamation after the first time she was involved and a new twist to Linda's family tradition was born... ;D ;D ;D

I googled deep frying a stuffed turkey. Some say yes, Butterball and some others say no. I didn't read articles but one of the no's said it was because the stuffing would get saturated with oil.
