I had everything that was left in the fridge. 2 pieces of short ribs, a slice of corned beef and a chicken leg along with the rest of my Caesar salad. It was good and now I am full and sleepy. I must have put on 5 pounds in the last week. huh

Applebee's tonight for the first time in a while. We've cut out eating sugar and wheat products. It's tough to do, especially when eating out. Lucy & I are cooking together and eating at home a lot more now. This, along with the Tumeric, has helped reduce a lot of my inflammation pain. No more bloated feelings after a meal. No reflex at night. I miss breads and sweets, but we're learning how to prepare fresher foods and use things like almond flour (not cheap!) instead of wheat flour. I like that I will have a chunk of 70% Cacao with my 3pm coffee break.,,!
Happy Aquariuming,
Ron
