It's easy peasy and sooo good.  Serve it with any green veggie you like and some fluffy white rice.  Make a sauce from the pan drippings to pour on either the chicken or the rice.  It's too good to be so easy.  http://www.realsimple.com/food-recipes/browse-all-recipes/prosciutto-wrapped-chicken-00100000078568/
