...we just grabbed a couple 'Boston Market' meals for dinner.....had a sirloin out but we'll do that tomorrow night  |^|

A Poblano pepper stuffed with cheese and bacon. With my nephew's recipe for roast potatoes.  Both were excellent.  the taters almost out shined the peppers.

We had Italian sausages cooked in the crock pot in Ragu sauce and plenty of green peppers.
