I have a choice between a stuffed pork chop with lima beans and two eggs over easy cooked in good butter and a couple of pieces of good buttered toast.  I'm leaning toward the eggs.

.....eggs  ....cook the pork chops too and have 'em as leftovers........aka 'quick cook good meals'
