It sure is a cool piece of work.  It gives the effect of a painting but you know that it's too real to be a painting.  Do you know where I could more work by this guy?

It's called  HDR. High Dynamic Range. Takes three shots different exposures combining then tone mapping. Or use a Photoshop plugin. But you still need to have the three shots to do it right.
