Thanks guys...I'm learning about these too.....is there anyone around that still breeds the 'scarf' tails?? I haven't seen them in ages...

I got them from Alan Bias, who developed the strain. They come in BLOND & GRAY (body colors) Jon's are Blonds. My original  breeders were   Blonds,1 orange male and 1 purple body mutation male.

They are Ginga (SULPHUREUS),another strain is the Ginga RUBRA,which Alan used in a crosss to his Vienna Swordtails to develop the SULPHUREUS.

Heres a link to Alan's site about them.

Wow!  Those are awesome guppies!
When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because those weirdos are your tribe.  (Sweatpants & Coffee)

Alan has some nice guppies,i have some other types from him also.
Due to other things i have going on now, home repairs and health issues i'm going to have to move some out, just don't have time to work with them.

I will start a thread and see if anyone has interest in them.
