That is funny.
It's been my experience, that most Doctors will take 40 to 60% right off the top when you are paying out-of-pocket. Saves them a bundle not fighting with the insurance companies to get paid..... Our health care is an embarrassment when you know folks from other countries.

As long as they talk "Insurance" when they talk about health care, it will never get any better.
