So Mugs, I'm not much of a baseball follower, but the Mariners have been kinda sucky. You want a ''chance-to-get-even-wager'' on the best record this season between Cubs and Mariners? I'm up for it if you are?  Same deal?

Albeit they finished with similar records in 2013.....the Mariners got some help in the off season....but regardless...........I'll take the wager ....

I'm not trying to take advantage of you.  Tonight when I had dinner with my buddy, Stan, he informed me that Mariners were getting some expensive hotshot for $240,000,000 in a ten year contract. I nearly choked...! Can one ball player really be worth that much?

If you want to go on with the wager, I will probably actually watch some baseball this year!!

Well, I just opened a large box from you and Jan! Brownies and Cookies! I've had a sampling and I'm here to tell you they won't last long around here....!  They are delicious, and I thank you a lot!
