More of a PITA than the normal way and not as good without the butter in the pan and cheese melting in the middle of the omelet.

cook it longer....it looked pretty firm to me...but ???

I do that in a frying pan.
Just mix it all together. Its quick and easy.

That's where we cook them that way. Lot easier to clean the pot than an egg coated pan. Yummmm!
