A huge beautiful red sweet pepper filled with boudin, a couple types of cheeses, and topped with Panko slathered with cultured butter.  Very good and very easy.

I don't have a clue what I'll make for tomorrow.  I had decided on an Asian dish but the store didn't have white miso paste.  If I don't think of something more interesting I'll deep fry some of the chicken thighs.  Fried chicken is always good
