..54degs cool now...mid 70's later...clear and sunny....we're looking forward to a nice day...

Not sure what is on the calendar, but some fish room putz'n for sure...it'll be a good day to pop yje windows and air it out down there..

Good morning. Today's coffee is great. Big T-Storms came through several ti9mes last night. Shortly I will walk around the house to see if there is anything to take care of as a result.

Another dental appontment today. This time to extract a wisdom tooth. Ouch.

...another beautiful warm day in paradise...

...my friend, Dean, the finish carpenter...is coming in from their Show Low hideaway to help me finish the trim in the bathroom today...

...our friends, Uncabubbajimbob and wife Annette, are also coming in from Colorado today...they bought a condo in Denver to be near their grandkids while they a young and are coming back to sell their park model tomorrow....they'll stay at one of our currently vacant rentals...going to go turn the air on for them in a few minutes...
