A slice of Cajun sausage with an onion, squash, squash and tomato thing I made up with a splash of white wine and a dash of thyme. 

I'll do the veggies again tomorrow but as a casserole with grated parmasiano regiano and panko bread crumbs.

I haven't had a steak in 'bout forever.  I'd lost the taste for it but now it sounds good compliment to my fresh veggies.  Perhaps I'll buy one tomorrow.  I can pan broil a steak to medium rare perfection.
