Saturday eat'n stuff...?

Short ribs are in the oven.  I haven't had short ribs since I moved down south a million years ago.  Miracle of miracles I was perusing the meat isle last week and they had short ribs!  They're in the oven now but won't be ready till close to 6.  I'll have them over mashers.  I hope I don't die of starvation before they're ready.

While I was making my Corned Beef my neighbor came over with a couple of crab cakes for  me. since the Corned Beef is not ready and I was starving I ate one of the CC and a roast chicken drumstick. I also had  some potato with it all. It's a good thing I am not driving because I am falling asleep while typing this. The Crab cakes were delicious.

I am back up now after a nap. It was only for 20-30 minutes. Ate a corned beef sandwich when I got up. Very full now. lol
