I think I will make this for a birthday party sometime. Ice cream cake and regular cake all in one! And they make ice cream sandwiches in other flavors too, like Neapolitan, mint, butter pecan, I have seen all these here.

I believe that's hot fudge between layers and cool whip as the icing....but improvising would be fun too.... ;D
