?Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming ?Wow! What a Ride!? ~ Hunter S. Thompson

I wish I could do stuff like that.  Got my oil leak fixed by the Diesel Doctor Tuesday.  I was lucky, they were able to get to it fairly easily.  Only cost 2 hrs. of labor.  Monday the van is off to another mechanic to replace a sticky break caliper.

I hate working on cars. If mechanics weren't so expensive I would never work on them.

The old cars were fun to play with.  Everything worked in a way you could see and you could get to things.  It's not that way any more.  These days it's mostly over my head.  I know that I could replace a break caliper, but I'd need guidance.
