A poblano chile stuffed with chorizo and Oaxaca cheese and smoked salsa.  I went to the tienda for ingredients this morning and made it when I got home, around 11.  I know that I'll be wanting something more after WC.

I'm not one to take pics of food and this has been in my tummy for hours.  I can take pics of the ingredients and tell you how I made it.  If I have no dogs at work tomorrow other than my own , I'll do it if you really want to know.  Ingredients are everything and it won't be the same if you don't have a Mexican Tienda where you can buy the good stuff.
