...no clue....but it's a good soup day.... huh

The bean and sausage soup my old lady gave me was so good I decided to make my own.  I soaked the beans all day yesterday and put them and the seasonings in the crock pot to cook over night.  I added the cajun smoked sausage when I woke up and it was ready around 11 am.  I hate to brag but mine is even better than my old lady's.

For dinner I think I'll have eggs Benedict.  I'm reading Kenji Lopez's book The Food Lab.  He taught me how to make perfect poached eggs which I made last night.  They were indeed perfect.  This morning I found his trick for making foolproof easy to make hollandaise sauce.
