Here's a 3 part video interview with Frans Vermeulen, a famous aquarium hobbyist who specializes in breeding and collecting rare South American Killifish.  Some very interesting stuff!

WOW! That was incredible! I never realized how these fish bred and how long their eggs could stay out of water! What a remarkable species. Learning all of this makes me appreciate them so much more. I loved his accent and hearing how he developed his interest in these killifish. What a life story and what a great website he has created with all the different species. Thanks so much for sharing this!

I agree, what an interesting interview...I know a few Killifish keepers and they are truely dedicated to the species. Thanx, Dennis...good post

?Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming ?Wow! What a Ride!? ~ Hunter S. Thompson

Lots and lots of good information....
