Corned beef and cabbage.  It has surpassed my wildest dreams.  I had horseradish sauce with it.  Next time I'll have it with Gulden's mustard.  The cabbage was mild, sweet, and tender.  The potoes were rolled in a ton of garlic butter.  I think that I have died and gone to heaven.

London Broil, potato salad and mac & cheese. Working my way through the freezer. Still have some beef brisket, and as couple of Perdue chickens in there. I will not buy any new meat until that stuff is gone.

BTW the London Broil was very good. The other stuff was leftover from yesterday.
