Spaghetti with Italian sausage.....MMMmmmm...

Hot or mild?  I don't have much taste for the mild.  I want the hot.  I even throw in more red pepper flakes to make it hotter.  I would eat spaghetti more if I liked tomato sauce more.  I wonder if there is a way to make spaghetti with hot Italian sausage with a different type of sauce.  If there is, I have not come up with it.

How about Alfredo sauce?  Sausage in it, over any kind of pasta should be tasty.

Use clam sauce and spoon giardiniere over it.....yum
