what's for chow tonight?

I have some boneless pork chops.  I think I'll cut them into strips, pan fry them and make a sauce of bitter, white wine, artichoke hearts and capers and serve the mess over a bed of white rice.
Always move forward. Never look back.

LOL  Sold all my 8-Track tapes years ago, but I do have a couple nice Teac A-4010S decks.....

My uncle Roger got me hooked on this stuff back in the 60's.  He was a career military man and was all over the world.  Most of his stereo stuff was set-up at grandma & grandpa's and I'd tape stuff by the hour.  I've still got tapes from WVUD that I listen to.

I bought one(Teac) in Nam, along with a 80watt per channel Pioneer Amp...a couple the old Fisher ZP 10's...and sent em home.....the Teac was kinds stolen from me....long story...but when I got it back, it was busted....the Pioneer lasted the longest, until someone spilled a beer on it...*groan*
