Meal loaf sounded pretty good so I told my wife that and she's stopping at the store for the stuff on her way home. Somebody needed to go shopping bad.

I wanted to make scalloped potatoes, but I just didn't get around to it

Do you put pork sausage in your scalloped tatos? That's how I like it.

No, but I put Choriso in my meat loaf.  I thought I had some in the freezer but it turned out to be sweet Italian sausage so I used it instead.

Sausage and peppers. A small Kielbasa sausage, half a chicken breast, some chopped onion, a can of diced tomatoes and lots of sliced green peppers out of the garden.....I am so full I hurt.
