...hope not...!

...so far we raised over $65k for the HOA...not sure of the bottom line yet, but it's gonna be good and we've gotten tons of compliments on how well it ran this year and how much fun it was....A lotta work though...

...65K  ...minus snow removal, whatcha doing with the rest? 

...It goes to keeping our HOA fees at $700 per year....!

...what does your HOA fee cover ?.....

...4 swimming pools with hot tubs, saunas and showers, huge clubhouse with commercial kitchen and many different rooms and an annex that we can use for private parties for $10 for the day, a small putting course, shuffleboard, lapidary room, pickle-ball court, dog runs, all the streets (private), pottery room, woodworking shop and equipment, Workout room, library, other stuff too that I can't think of right now...

..Dayam...sounds like a resort  ....
