Friday running...

...seems like I haven't stopped all day.....by the looks of it....everyone else has been busy all day too.....and still is...?..

...went and fed Kasey's fish....and her two little turtles too.... ....ran errands and now I'm chilling...

...dinner finished, got a hot cup of coffee......kick'd back and relaxing....it's been a long day on my feet for me.....'dogs' are tired....

Drove down to DC and dropped off some presents. Resting tomorrow but will still drive about 100 miles. On Christmas eve i will head up to NYC where I will spend time with my daughter, granddaughter and my two great granddaughters. Lots of girls there. lol

...horrible day for me until couple hours ago...got up this morning and my back had some serious nerve pain happening ...I rated it a 10...Vicodin, even with a beer, did nothing for me...so I called the local chiropractor and got an appointment at 2...he helped me a lot...I liked him...treats different than the other 2 I've seen, but felt "healed" when I left... the electro-nerve stimulation after the deep massage roller table probably had a lot to do with that...I know my muscles will feel it tomorrow, but I think I'll stick with him and see how well we do together...

...then I picked up my better golf cart from a local repair guy in the park next to ours...got it wired properly for cheap and he told me how to keep it good..

...on the way home from town, Lucy took me by the hardware where my friend works for me to pick up some plant trimmings..
