The Soprano's is tops.

Others are Cheers, The Dick Van Dyke Show, Carl Burnett, and something I watched as a kid that was introduced by Boris Karloff.  Mash was good,  Odd Couple was a hoot.  Then there was one with Mary Taylor Moore and Ed Asner that I loved as well.
Always move forward. Never look back.

Personally, I would put the Red Skelton show at the top pf the list.  Rowen & Martin's Laugh-in would be next. The rest of those I never watched much.  Dr. Who would be on my list though.

I'm not afraid of work.  I can lay down right next to it and go to sleep.
