I thought I knew all of these except for Red Rubber Ball. When I played it I recognized it.  It was popular during the flower power innocent music era brought over during the "British Invasion"....Herman's Hermits, Donovan, etc.  ;D

I almost put in a Donovan, but as he's the UK version of Bob Dylan, he usually gets lots of play time.  One summer when I was just a kid, we were on summer vacation to this idyllic little village in Canada.  The AM radio was just burning up with Donovan.  Hearing one of his songs always takes me to a happy place.   ;)
