I think I know the answer but want to check just to be absolutely positive.  I have a couple discus with gill flukes starting, want to treat with Quick Cure, malachite green/formalin.  This med doesn't destroy the bio filtration does it?  I don't think it does?  Can't find positive answer where I have looked.  I have never used it before. Thanks,
Barb

I don't think so....I looked around and found no issues with 'bio' on either....it never hurts to have a seasoned sponge around tho...IMHO

Thanks Jon, I have two huge sponges plus the hob all on the tank, it is a 125, so I will remove the sponges to an aerated bucket for the treatment just in case.
