Web host issues

Over the past couple of days my website host has experienced some issues.  No word from them as to what the problem is as they have lasted only a few minutes for each incident.

At any rate, my contract with the current host ends in December.  I'm moving to self-hosting via Digital Ocean.  We will need to decide what we want to do with Mugwump's as well.
