It looks weird to me. Maybe there are perspective differences at different levels. Either a weird lens effect or photoshop.

I think that the picture is real.  I can understand that if taken from a high up place it could look like boats floating in the sky like hot air balloons

..yup..the pic is real.....think almost like wide angle up/down....not side to side
