When I worked down near Melrose Park, we hit the local Italian deli for peppers/eggs on Fridays....I miss those too...MMMmmm....I can never make them quite the same way....

Actually when I have left over S&P I do add an egg or 10 and make that into a sandwich. Boy loves it also but not with the hot sauseege I like.
