I have chicken wings and crap like that too. Tomorrow I am making 2 slabs of St. Louis ribs and some baked mac and cheese. The recipients won't be coming in until Thursday but you can bet your ass I will be eating it tomorrow.

I went to a good BBQ place in Pendorff and grabbed a rib plate with tater salad and slaw.  Ribs were perfection itself.  The slaw and tater salad were both on the sweet side for me.

I cooked up another Shrimp Louis salad...wish I'd had some avocados for it...seems to be a favorite dish this summer..!

Chicken breast, sliced green peppers, some onion, covered in Pasta sauce and baked. Threw some Mozzarella on top for the last 5 minutes of baking. Cole slaw on the side.
