This is a chocolate iridescent blue blush veil. 1 from Ramirez. 5% of the line from him produces a fish similar to this. I have one young pair and another courting.

This being the second pair forming.
This being a sibling. After 6 months of breeding and 12 plus spawns I have a total of seven veil albino blush iridescent blue angels similar to this one. They are about 1% of the parents spawn and extremely fragile and prone to deformities.

This is one of the earlier veil albino blush iridescent blue angels at 8 months of age. Notice the orange on his head which is paraiba and is a bronze color on his siblings.

The basic sibling batches look like this producing smokey blush iridescent blue veil angels. The blue in these is not pb as it is not enhanced when double dosed in these fish. Crosses to pb double dose fish render single dose pb iridescent fish. I am working towards a pb/pb iridescent angel.

This fish is a black velvet with a dose of streaked in it. Two doses of D and one blush.
This fish is a single dose black single dose blush and a dose of streaked. A Turkish streaker. Or Lightning Turq. The area of streaked runs from the top of his dorsal and runs down it onto the field of his body where it disperses onto him causing the copper coloration on him at it's landing point. He is het half black as well.
His father is this DD streaked male from the angels plus lines.
His mother is this Madetto line half black blush which has a lot of iridescent blue on it. Many refer to this as a half black blue blush. I now refer to it as a half black blush iridescent blue as it is not a pb fish.
Siblings consist of these Turq veils which are het half black.
And these clown blacks. Also het for half black.
Here is a streaked clown black het half black. The hope is to produce half black blacks and half black black velvets in veil and super veil comb tails.

Lightning Turq.

Of course I always have my DD's. I have about 75 of them like this at 6 to 7 months of age.
I have my blue blushers in veil.
And there are these. The male is a Gibb's line albino pb/pb. The female is a madetto line half black blush ir. blue. I caught some guff over the precision of her line. Oh well, it's there and her progeny turns 95 plus percent to half black so it's there at least. I will tidy it up if it dares to show itself.
The neat thing here is that the albino Gib's line male ha ancestry that is also half black through the Bottle line. And.....in the first batches I have several fish on the F1 of this cross that are turning. It's modest but it's a start. The exciting thing is that if you run the calculator on this cross you get some fairly fantastic possibilities. Most of the F1 's are rather mundane but in the seeds of them are great and wonderful fish.

Here is an example of a fish that has potential to the trained eye. At first glance one says mehhh. Genetically this fish is silver super veil comb het albino pb blush marble. The fish above him the gold is his sister. He is capable of producing veil pb/pb albinos, albino koi, blue marbles, blue silvers and a bunch of other odd stuff when mated to a sibling.
I have had some luck with the albino pb/pb's.
I crossed my big DD streaked male to a Damon C / Oyama glitter with pb/pb, this produced the basis for my pinoy line which I selected my top 24 fish from. I received from this cross, exceptionally finned veil glitter silvers with a single dose of pb. standards dark single dose pb' blacks, exceptionally veiled golds ( the Oyama line holds some gold), some very nice lace veil dark fish and possibly some Z gene stock although I am not certain of this.
I have some other fun stuff in the works but have not had time to photo graph the other stuff yet. As I get the chance I'll add to this collection of photos for you. Thanks for looking.
Looking good Frank....nice stock
I know you have some of these too. :)
Yep, and growing nicely....I have too many blacks from somewhere too....LOL...I'll prune the herd at the swap.....but I cherry picked some real beauties.....cousins, right? :o
You have some Nice angels. I like the albino pb/pb. Mug I find it hard to believe you have too many blacks but I also think you left the last swap with more fish then you brought. LOL
