I have my cell number on my message on my shop phone.  A lady calls me on my cell today and says, "I want you do do my Yorkie.  It's $12. right?"  I couldn't help it but I made a laugh/snort sound.  "No", I said.  "I charge $42. for most small dogs."  From her end, "click".

I can truly say I know what that's like. There was a lady that called the pet store about ceramic filter rings. when I told her the price she did the same thing.
