Wednesday food...

...don't feel like cooking tonight...so we'll have a great bif(huge) salad.....lettuce, onion, tomato, chopped green peppers, sliced hard boiled eggs, cheese, ham, etal.....yum

..ooh ooh.....even got some bacon and crumbled it  .....better that bacon bits too...

...our local grocery sells precooked bacon in packs of 18 pcs....need a BLT...(3) slices cooks in 16secs  .....no refrigeration needed til you open the vac sealed pack then
it lasts 2wks in the fridge... ......we've found it's most convenient for 1 or 2(3?) person households...the Oscar Mayer one isn't as good as this one...so if you go to try it....
try a store brand first   ....you won't be disappointed
